Order Processing and Fulfillment

 

When you place an order with ZENIXZ, our goal is to process and prepare your items for shipment as quickly as possible. Most orders are packaged and prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days.

Please note that processing times can vary, especially during peak seasons (such as the period around Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday) or local holidays. While we aim for efficient turnaround, these fulfillment times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

In some rare instances, items may need to be moved between our fulfillment locations, which could temporarily extend the processing time. If this occurs, we will do our best to ensure the delay is minimal.

 

Shipping Costs and Product Pricing

 

We aim to keep your shopping experience simple and transparent. The price you see for the product is the final cost.

We do not charge shipping fees additionally at checkout. All associated shipping, handling, and packaging costs have been calculated and are included in the retail price of the product itself. Therefore, there will be no additional payment required at checkout other than the listed product cost (plus any applicable local sales tax).

 

Delivery Times and Responsibility

 

Zenixz delivers products to customers in most places around the world. However, due to international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, there may be some countries we cannot ship to.

Delivery times vary significantly depending on your destination. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Once ZENIXZ transfers the products to the designated carrier, the title and risk of loss for the products passes to you.

 

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

 

For shipments crossing international borders, you are fully responsible for covering all applicable expenses, including but not limited to, customs duties, taxes, and import charges levied by your country.

You are also responsible for clearing customs, if applicable, to ensure delivery of your products. ZENIXZ is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred during the customs process.
